Cara Zara LLC specializes in hula hoop entertainment and fitness.
Our entertainers perform at birthday parties, festivals, corporate events, library summer reading programs, school assemblies and charity functions throughout the Southeast.
Our fitness instructors teach children the art and fitness of hula-hooping at private and public schools throughout Charlotte-Mecklenburg and surrounding counties with a traveling “Hula-Hoop Kid-Fit” after school program. They also teach adults the physical and mental benefits of hooping at health fairs and company events and programs.
Cara Zara strives to entertain, to motivate and to inspire kids from 1 to 101 to live healthy and active lifestyles through active entertainment and by promoting positive self-esteem through play.
